In 1987, Grover Dear established his architectural practice, Archasia Hong Kong Limited, and for the past twenty-two years has specialized in residential and hospitality developments in Asia, Europe, and North America.  Under his leadership as Design Principal, Archasia has gained its reputation by providing image, style, and quality to an amazing variety of programs and clientele, along with providing an exceptional level of client service and attention to detail.  His work appears internationally in various publications, including Elle Decoration, Perspective, and House Beautiful, and has been the featured cover of Architectural Digest. He has also gained recognition in the field of architectural restoration and renovation, and his projects have received AIA Chapter and AIA Regional awards in architectural and interior design.
