Grover C. Dear, with over thirty-seven years of professional experience as a Registered Architect, studied in France at L’Universite de Dijon and at The Georgia Institute of Technology in Atlanta. He apprenticed with I.M. Pei in New York and worked in Atlanta, Hong Kong and Shanghai with John Portman, before establishing Archasia in 1987.

He has been guest speaker for various events, including key-note speaker for the San Francisco Design Center’s Summer Market, with his presentation entitled: “Under the Spell : The Fusion of East / West Design”, and key-note speaker for the recent American Institute of Architects Hong Kong and Shanghai Conference, “Pacific Crossings” held at the Four Seasons Hong Kong.
